The Senior Analyst, Accounting will play a pivotal role in overseeing the accounting operations of R2Net, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. This position will involve managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and supporting the month-end close process. The successful candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate and assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure compliance with financial standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting functions.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and operational analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting regulations.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and models.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Annual base pay: $90,000 - $115,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
