Seasonal Logistics Associate

R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers and consumers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Quality Assurance Team as a Quality Control Specialist.

The Seasonal Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and tracking of transportation across R2Net, proactively communicating shipment status to our business partners. You will work closely with our talented Customer service team and insurance providers to assist in customer claim inquires.

** Please note this is a temporary assignment from the start date for up to 12 weeks.**

Responsibilities:

• Support the international movement of merchandise by ensuring compliance with the requirements of customs authorities and other agencies that regulate imports and exports
• Work closely with the fulfillment department, as well as with the supply chain and merchandising teams, to ensure seamless flow of merchandise throughout the supply chain.
• Perform investigations in response to US Customs inquiries (e.g. CF 28s)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing
• Assist in development and implementation of logistics process improvements
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound, domestic and international freight shipments
• Perform other Logistics or import/export duties as necessary.
• Work with customer service and insurance providers to file and manage claims for shipments that are damaged, lost or missing content during transit.
• Oversee and manage the inventory replenishment processes to several of our drop shippers and business partners around the nation.
• Act as the liaison to our shipping courier for all communications and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a logistics/ operations role
• Exceptionally detailed oriented while juggling multiple deadlines
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands on environment
• Aptitude to learn new processes and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intermediate excel skills

Base pay range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
