Contract Details:
- Title: Salesforce Consultant.
- Industry: Commercial Real Estate
- Contract Period: 6 Months
- Work Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Compensation: $80-$100 per hour (1099)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant in the commercial real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its customization capabilities, specifically tailored to the needs of commercial real estate clients, with a focus on Experience Cloud solutions
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects, with a focus on optimizing processes for commercial real estate workflows
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning , specializing in applications for commercial real estate operations and Experience Cloud implementations
- Proven ability to gather client requirements within the commercial real estate sector and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, leveraging Experience Cloud features
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management, particularly in the context of commercial real estate databases and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues faced by commercial real estate clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for liaising with commercial real estate stakeholders and team members
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder, are a plus, with a preference for those with relevance to commercial real estate applications and Experience Cloud expertise
