Job Description:
We are on the lookout for an energetic and seasoned Salesforce Account Executive to spearhead new business growth Accross the US. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in forging fresh connections, crafting inventive marketing strategies, and amplifying the Madison Ave Consulting brand through the utilization of Salesforce products and services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Upto $150,000.00 Base + $350,000 Commission ($500,000 OTE)

Responsibilities.
Net New Business Development and Sales Cycle Management:
- Drive Net New Business by establishing and cultivating relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) at Salesforce Hubs across the US, while maintaining collaboration and enhancing mutual business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, collaborating with internal team members throughout the process.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Identify customer needs and craft solutions leveraging Salesforce products.
- Utilize Salesforce tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange, to customize solutions for clients.
Marketing and Branding:
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Leverage multimedia and social media platforms to promote Madison Ave Consulting and Salesforce products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and recognition of the Madison Ave Consulting Brand.
Presentation and Communication:
- Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing how Salesforce can address customers' business goals.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams.
Travel and Relationship Management:
- Travel onsite for customer visits, meetings, and dinners as required.
- Create and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) at Salesforce Hubs.
Requirements
Industry Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote Salesforce products.

Experience:
- Proven experience in successfully selling Salesforce solutions.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce user is essential.
- Account Executive experience in SaaS, technology, or CRM industries.
Skills:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Marketing Expertise:
- Experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies using multimedia and social media platforms.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Salesforce representatives.
- Existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem are advantageous.
Performance:
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
