We are looking for a Sales Marketing Campaign Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $138,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

The Sales Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing vertical marketing & campaign strategies based on insights provided by Strategic Key Account leaders. Each program within the campaign will align with the defined barriers and have clear KPIs that drive towards engaging contacts and increasing deal velocity. You will act as the connector and campaign manager for each program and work with the extended Marketing organization on execution. The role is designed for someone who strives to drive quantifiable marketing outcomes and is able to independently identify areas to think, ideate and add value. This is a hands-on role that requires you to be able to bring a campaign to life while always looking for ways to optimize and improve.

About the Role:

Vertical-driven Sales Campaigns 

  • Work with the Strategic Key Account leads and Marketing leads to turn vertical briefs into multi-faceted campaigns including defining current Rokt position within the vertical and assessing current content, case studies, client status and collateral.
  • Identify thought leaders, events and other opportunities for impact.
  • Plan and design impactful campaigns that address the current sales barriers using all available marketing programs. 
  • Break down campaign components/programs into action plans  for the responsible Marketing  managers including deliverables and timelines.
  • Be able to work independently across the organization to ensure campaigns are efficiently deployed and synced with sales activities.
  • Create post campaign debriefs that outline results, sales impact and learnings.  

Deal-based Marketing Activities

  • As deals progress down the funnel work with teams to customize vertical campaign plans to address specific barriers facing clients.
  • Stay up to date on deal progressions and development, proactively look for opportunities to support deals with marketing programs.
  • Measure, analyze and report on all performance metrics to prove impact and drive demand.
  • Understand brand marketing campaigns to find opportunities that align with supported client needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing. Background with campaign creation, digital marketing and content development, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work with various marketing and sales teams 
  • Looking for opportunities to improve deliverables, experiences, and desired outcomes
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and campaigns from idea to implementation simultaneously while working with tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage projects efficiently.
