Job Overview

  • Job Title: Sales Director, Salesforce 
  • Location: NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Washington DC, Chicago, Denver
  • Must be able to travel on short notice to prospect and client locations in major city locations

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Director to support our Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services. This role focuses on performing key outbound activities to drive new business, build strategic relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, secure new accounts, and deliver exceptional results. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving innovation, revenue growth, and market expansion while helping to build and mentor a high-performing sales team around you.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range
  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
  • Variable Incentive Pay: $50,000 - $100,000

Requirements

Sales Execution

  • Perform key outbound sales activities to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies for Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services with a focus on enterprise-level clients.
  • Exhibit a go-getter mentality to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Salesforce leaders to drive collaborative opportunities.
  • Mentor, train, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and success.

Enterprise Sales and Business Development

  • Proactively drive new business opportunities by engaging enterprise clients and expanding managed services contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, with a focus on large-scale Salesforce consulting engagements.
  • Fight for business opportunities and effectively position Madison Ave Consulting’s value proposition to clients.
  • Represent Madison Ave Consulting at Salesforce events, trade shows, and key industry forums to enhance brand visibility.

Client Engagement and Solution Design

  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, positioning Madison Ave Consulting as a trusted partner.
  • Align services to client goals, ensuring long-term partnerships and success.

Marketing and Brand Promotion

  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute impactful campaigns that highlight Madison Ave Consulting’s expertise in Salesforce consulting and managed services.
  • Leverage social media and multimedia platforms to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.

Experience

  • Proven success in enterprise-level sales within Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services.
  • Must have experience working for a Salesforce Consulting or ISV partner, or in similar CRM and SaaS industries and an existing network of relationships
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Established relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with AEs and RVPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale client engagements and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Excellent relationship-building abilities, particularly at the enterprise and executive levels.

  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
