About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, driving force behind our company's growth! As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be the architect of opportunity, spearheading thrilling initiatives to secure game-changing meetings for our exceptional sales team. Picture yourself identifying and connecting with potential leads, at some of the most exciting companies in retail and e-commerce.
You will take on the responsibility of initiating and conducting cold outreach efforts to secure qualified meetings for our sales team. Your pivotal role involves identifying and connecting with potential leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately setting the stage for successful sales interactions. Your creativity in messaging & segmentation, establishing prospect rapport and collaboration with our experienced sales team will be key to driving our sales and ultimately business growth. You will join a team of SDRs reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the entire sales organization.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate and book meetings with qualified opportunities, primarily through email, and cold phone calls.
- Source and personalize outreach for top tier priority accounts alongside experienced account executives.
- Convert inbound leads generated by marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and enhancement of impactful outbound campaigns presenting Skeepers’ premiere solution and value propositions.
Requirements
- 0-1 years in business development, sales development, or a related field, with a history of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Strong capabilities in cold calling and email communication, able to effectively engage potential clients and establish rapport.
- A robust work ethic and openness to feedback, willingness to experiment with new ways to engage prospects.
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on process streamlining and perpetual enhancement.
- The ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and business demands.
- Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach are a nice to have

For this position, the salary base will be 53,000 USD (OTE 65,000 USD).
