Sales Development Representative For Translation & Localization

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual have huge sales skills within the translation and localization industry? Naarg Data Media services is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us further our mission of providing top-notch translation and localization services to our clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the translation and localization industry
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business
• Educate potential clients on Naarg Data Media services offerings
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prospective clients with information about our services
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients to build relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience using a CRM system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing high-quality service
• Understanding of the translation and localization industry preferred
• Minimum 11 years experience as sales development representative is required. Having experience in Media, Edutech is preferred.
