Sales Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Outside Sales Associate passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the integrity of our nation's bridges.  This will be an outside sales position for our line of expansion joint seals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:

• Travel up to 50% to promote and sell small movement expansion joint products to owners, engineers, and contractors
• Collect quote feedback and record in CRM
• Assist Sales & Marketing team with product approvals
• Assist customers & internal personnel in resolution of sales order, invoicing, and shipping issues
• Identify new markets and methods for product expansion
• Service relationship with independent sales representatives, distributors, and fabricators
• Master installation and maintenance of R.J. Watson expansion joint seal products
• Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions
• Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

• EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Two-year technical degree preferred.

• EXPERIENCE (Years): 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
