You are the type of person someone would look forward to spending 6 hours in and out of a car visiting stores with; exciting, fun, high energy, easy to talk to, proud of your work, and passionate about what you do. You are a problem solver, and not just your problems, other peoples’ problems. You know how to exert influence without authority. You take the time to listen, understand, and think to create win-win strategies for everyone involved. You are a master of in-store execution and a fierce competitor. Your ability to thrive personally, professionally, and financially will be directly commensurate to the impact you have creating value for our brand in your region.
