We are looking for a Recruitment Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our HR team for the summer. As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting efforts by assisting with various tasks and projects related to talent acquisition and onboarding.

About the role: 

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter 
• Coordinate interview schedules and lead communication with candidates, serving as the main point of contact throughout the interview process 
• Participate in special projects related to recruitment initiatives, such as employer branding activities, campus recruiting events, or diversity hiring programs.
• Help streamline recruitment processes and contribute ideas for improving efficiency

Requirements

About you:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or marketing 
• Exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus, as is experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems 
• Ability to work in fast paced teams on a variety of projects
• Proactive problem solver 
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
