We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team and support our marketing efforts. Job Description:

The Recruiting Intern will collaborate closely with our Human Resources team to assist in the execution of effective recruiting strategies and processes. Responsibilities will include drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and participating in the selection process. The intern will also help organize recruitment events and manage communications with potential candidates. This internship offers a comprehensive look at the recruitment cycle and a chance to develop practical skills vital for a career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless communication flow between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews and contribute to the decision-making process.
  • Help organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to network with potential candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A keen interest in recruitment and human resources management, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
