Are you an experienced Radiology professional seeking a new leadership opportunity with a great team in the spectacular Champlain Valley in Upstate NY?
As the MRI-CT Manager, you will lead a team of seasoned radiology leaders and technologists committed to providing exceptional personalized patient care. The current team is comprised of numerous long-term team members who are excited about several upcoming improvements, including replacements of MRI and CT equipment and a new interventional CT suite.
The MRI-CT Manager supervises a team spread across three locations for MRI and two locations for CT.
Base Salary is $80,000 - $115,000 DOE. Bonus and comprehensive benefits are also offered with the position.
Essential job duties include:
- Protocol improvement, development, and revision for both CT and MRI
- Process improvement, policy revision & policy development
- Assisting with HR-related tasks including staffing, scheduling, employee concerns/coaching and career pathing
- Quality assurance for both MR and CT
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiology
- Active ARRT certification
- 1+ yrs leadership experience in a hospital radiology setting
- Eligible to obtain a Radiology Tech license in the State of NY
- Experience with MR and CT equipment
