- Structured software development experience (3 years+ python preferred, but were open to other OO languages)
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with the business
- Collaborative software development approach
- Self-motivated and driven to provide solutions for complicated problems, both technical and financial
Desired Skills
- Experience with pricing and analytics for Commodities derivatives, or other financial asset classes
- Experience working on (or closely with) a trading desk at a bank or on the buy side
- Experience with Agile development practices
