Pulmonary Critical Care Medical Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pulmonary Critical Care Medical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in pulmonary critical care medicine and a passion for leadership and education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the pulmonary critical care unit
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the unit
• Oversee the education and training of pulmonary critical care fellows and residents
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Participate in patient care and provide consultation services

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in pulmonary critical care medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pulmonary critical care medicine
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to teaching and education
• Research experience and publications

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
