Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns
- Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments from tenants
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle tenant disputes professionally
- Valid real estate license in the applicable state is preferred
