The Role
The Hospitality Project Manager plays a key role in driving and providing planning and execution oversight of strategic hospitality development projects from conceptualization through completion. The position will lead the critical path and milestone management of various projects will developing specific projects assigned on a turn-key basis.
The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved, while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Because we are a small team, we all wear many hats and are happy to roll up our sleeves and lend a hand whenever needed. Scope of Work Operational Pre-Opening Project Lead
1. Lead assigned project teams to successfully staff, supply, train and open any of the following assigned facilities:
a. Restaurants
b. Bars
c. Kitchens
d. Back of House Departments
e. Membership Areas
2. Point of Sales Systems, Procedures
3. Staffing / Recruitment
4. Service Definition with Leadership Team
5. Procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment

Requirements
Requirements:
· Play a key role in driving development projects and business objectives from conceptualization through to completion
· Lead the delivery of multiple strategic initiatives managing the associated Critical Path documents for each project
· Create roadmaps for programs/projects
· Define project roles/responsibilities
· Establish project workstreams
· Lead meetings/manages deliverables
· Define and manage time, quality, risk, and quality parameters for projects
· Document costs/benefits of potential options
· Establish timelines and ensure commitments of deliverables
· Manage and collaborate with the project core team
· Partner closely with ownership, COO and key project team leaders
· Ensure project status is proactively communicated to all key stakeholders
· Support and manage ad hoc project requests
· Define and enforce best practices
You are:
· Organized and can create projects, and identify the tasks necessary to successfully implement the business plan objectives into operational reality
· Decisive and can prioritize which tasks are most important based on the size, scope, and timeliness.
· Understand the brand and communications strategies and be able to identify if and how specific executions will fit with those strategies.
· Facilitate and support the creation of communications that support the brand and meet marketing requirements and operational requirements
· Provide a point of view on how executions may or may not be consistent with the strategies and work to modify executions as needed
· Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare requests including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs
· Serve as a liaison with other departments and groups to ensure effective teamwork and best practices are shared throughout the organization
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Hospitality, or Project Management
· A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education
· Hospitality, Commercial real estate, architectural or property development experience is required
· Ability to understand all aspects of development projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, and Scheduling in order to fully understand project implications based on minimal conceptual information
· Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Mac OSX, Keynote, MS Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat
· Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who is able to work and get things done in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision while exercising broad discretion and professional judgment
· Must exhibit the ability to plan, prioritize and demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
while supporting multiple projects at once
· Is willing and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
· Completes tasks in a timely manner
· Can effectively multitask and manage multiple projects
· Solid business written and verbal communication skills
· Must be courteous, persuasive, client focused, professional and positive at all times
· Strong attention to operational and administrative detail
· Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
· Flexible with respect to the demands and hours needed in this role and be willing and able to work holidays, evenings and/or weekends is a must

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
