Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Project Manager, Creative & Brand to develop and present detailed project plans, lead collaborations with multiple departments, and foster strong internal and external relationships. This position is full-time, remote, and reports to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Creative & Brand department
- Drive successful completion of multiple project streams simultaneously
- Facilitate collaboration across departments including but not limited to marketing, game presentation, and partnerships, ensuring clear communication of objectives and deadlines
- Communicate project needs, status, updates, and any issues to creative teams to keep projects on track
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partner agencies and external suppliers to support project success
- Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications
- Coordinate regular project meetings to present and discuss prepared project reports, including updates, schedules, and procedures
- Traffic creative assets to various departments, inside and out of the organization, for approvals, proofs, scheduling and delivery
- Utilize Google Suite for project documentation, scheduling, and communication
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a project management role
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Proven track record in managing creative projects
- Self-directed and comfortable working on a variety of projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Calendar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytic skills
- Ability to travel for work, approximately 5 times a year
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Benefits
This role is full-time, remote, and is compensated at a range of $54,000 to $65,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position.
