Full Job Description
We are currently hiring a Project Architect / Architectural Technician for the Buffalo, New York studio.
The selected candidates will work on all phases of our projects. although construction administration experience or interest is preferred for this posting.
Duties
- Work with limited supervision
- Understand importance of client confidence/satisfaction for repeat business
- Produce project documents in Revit
- Respond to Client's questions and requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants
Requirements
- 3-8 years of Architectural experience in a production environment minimum
- Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Architecture
- Licensed or license track
- Computer skills must include Revit proficiency
- Knowledge of effort and time required to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documents
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Applied understanding of building systems and costs
- Understanding of building and accessibility codes
- Ability to solve technical issues
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
