The Role
We are looking for a proactive Programs Associate for our team. This hybrid position has core hours of Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm (EST) and Friday 9 am to 1 pm, with the ability to work remotely at least two days a week and in our New York City office the remainder of the week. Attendance at in-person events is required, with flexible scheduling available for event days.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with management to align with the development strategy.
- Research, invite, and confirm qualified speakers.
- Conduct pre-program preparatory meetings with speakers and moderators.
- Execute program content, including topics, agenda, and speakers/moderators.
- Identify and engage appropriate attendees.
- Attend assigned programs to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a nonprofit, membership-based organization, or the philanthropy sector.
- Familiarity with the Jewish calendar and traditions, or willingness to learn.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Meticulous detail-oriented, even when multitasking.
- Strong research skills.
Traits:
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
- Collaborative team member with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Interest and understanding of major industry topics and trends.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
