Mission

We are seeking a Product Marketer based in New York City to join our growing marketing team. This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone with a background in consulting, product ownership, or a similarly technical field, ideally within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will deeply understand technical concepts and be able to translate them into compelling messaging and content that resonates with banking CIOs, CTOs, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Messaging & Positioning:
• Translate FlowX.AI’s highly technical product into clear, compelling messaging that addresses the needs of technical leaders and teams at banks (CIOs, CTOs, and developers).
• Develop a deep understanding of the FlowX.AI platform and its use cases, particularly in the context of banking modernization.
2. Content Creation:
• Create and manage technical marketing collateral, including white papers, one-pagers, case studies, and website copy.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce blog posts, webinars, and presentations that highlight the technical capabilities and benefits of FlowX.AI.
3. Market Intelligence:
• Understand the competitive landscape and FlowX.AI’s differentiators.
• Stay updated on trends in banking technology and enterprise AI to ensure messaging stays relevant and ahead of industry changes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent and accurate representation of FlowX.AI’s technical capabilities.
• Partner with the sales team to create tools and training that enable effective communication with technical audiences.
5. Product Knowledge Evangelism:
• Become an expert on FlowX.AI’s technology and serve as a trusted resource for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in discussions with prospects and customers to understand their technical challenges and how FlowX.AI addresses them.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• Experience:
• Background in consulting, product ownership, or technical roles at a bank or in the financial services sector.
• Experience working with technical products or solutions, particularly in enterprise software, banking, or AI-driven platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to speak natively about complex concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging tailored to a technical audience.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with CIOs, CTOs, and developers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
