Position Overview:

We are looking to add an experienced Private Label Coordinator to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the development and execution of private label products from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all private label initiatives align with company goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to create private label product concepts, ensuring they align with market trends and customer demand.
• Supplier Management: Assist in Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Project Coordination: Manage the timelines and processes involved in the development of private label products, ensuring that all milestones are met.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, forecasting, and planning to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze competitors to understand market trends and customer preferences, informing product development strategy.
• Project Management: Oversee the production schedule for all private label products, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
• Problem Solving: Address any production issues that arise with suppliers or within the production process, identifying solutions to mitigate delays or quality issues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related role; experience in private label a must.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Familiarity with sourcing and production processes is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
