Position Summary
We are seeking a Physician who is passionate about the art and science of medicine, excels in clear communication, and thrives in an environment where curiosity and lifelong learning guide clinical decisions. This physician will have the freedom to devote ample time to each patient, practice preventive and longevity medicine grounded in rigorous evidence, and contribute actively to refining our protocols. With administrative supports in place, you’ll have the freedom to focus on patient care, professional growth, and thought leadership in emerging areas of primary and preventive health.
Key Responsibilities
Deep Patient Engagement
- Provide thorough, relationship-driven care, offering each patient generous appointment times to delve into their health histories, address concerns, and collaborate on personalized, preventive health strategies.
Longevity and Preventive Care Innovation
- Stay current with evolving research in preventive medicine, healthy aging, and primary care.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols that push the boundaries of conventional medicine and longevity-focused care.
Patient Education & Communication
- Teach patients about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications with clarity and empathy.
- Help patients understand and take ownership of their long-term health.
Research & Thought Leadership
- Engage in ongoing learning by reviewing the latest literature.
- Ideally, you have experience with research or publications, an advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MS in Epidemiology), or a history of leadership in academic or clinical training environments.
Collaborative Care Environment
- Work within an interdisciplinary team that values mutual respect, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Your input will help guide our evolving model of primary care and longevity medicine.
Requirements
Education & Training
- MD or DO.
- Completion of a residency from a well-regarded institution in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- At least 2–3 years of post-residency clinical experience; former Chief Resident experience or additional fellowship/specialty training is a plus.
Certification & Licensure
- Board certification or board eligibility in your specialty.
- Eligible for or holding a current state medical license.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong interest in preventive, longevity-focused medicine.
- History of academic engagement, research, or publication to demonstrate comfort with medical literature and data interpretation.
