Physical Therapist (Orthopedic)

Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We are one in providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team. Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient an hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities:

• Identify and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients in a healthcare setting.
• Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient environments.
• Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to the enhancement of clients' motion and mobility.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Assess the effects of treatments, monitor progress, and maintain open communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, re-evaluations/progress notes, daily notes and treatment plans,

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
