Physical Therapist (Orthopedic)

Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a full-time physical therapist focused on orthopedic care to join our hands-on practice. You will provide personalized, one-on-one care in our private treatment spaces and well-equipped gym. We prioritize the well-being of both employees and patients, fostering a culture of teamwork and ongoing learning. Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year plus full benefits

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients an hour

Types of Patients: Adults

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, heat, and cold therapy as part of treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New York state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
