Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for each patient’s journey.
• Use your expertise to guide patients toward better mobility and improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Teach patients and their families how to maintain health through simple exercises and routines.
• Document patient improvements and adjust treatment plans based on their progress.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR software (a plus, but not required).
