Position Details:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment strategies for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting detailed evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs.
- Developing and applying personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Educating patients and families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
- Keeping accurate records of treatment interventions and patient progress.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
