Physical Therapist

Full-Time Physical Therapist

To add to our vibrant team, we are searching for a caring physical therapist. By giving patients individualized care and working with a superb team of healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in their rehabilitation in this role.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Conditions Treated:                     

• Lower Back Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Knee Pain
• Chronic Pain
• Elbow Pain
• Neck Pain
• Osteoarthritis

Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans that foster recovery.
• Empower and motivate patients, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR software is a plus.
