We are looking for a committed physical therapist that has a strong desire to improve our patients' quality of life. As part of a caring team of healthcare experts, you will create and carry out customized treatment programs in this fulfilling position.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Load: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

- Lower Back Pain
- Shoulder Pain
- Knee Pain
- Chronic Pain
- Elbow Pain
- Neck Pain
- Osteoarthritis
Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
- Support and motivate patients through their recovery journeys, fostering a positive environment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR software is a plus.
