Physical Therapist

Full-time Physical Therapist Needed

We are in search of a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this position, you will partner with patients to help them regain their motion and reach their personal best in functionality. We are committed to ensuring that our patients can perform at their highest level, irrespective of their medical background or treatment circumstances. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with a supportive team that is devoted to high-quality patient care.

Salary:
$90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

9 - 5 pm or 8 am - 4 pm

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New York state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
