Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd!
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to be part of our growing orthopedic outpatient practice. Located in a state-of-the-art facility in New Jersey, you will be an essential partner in helping our clients restore motion and achieve optimal health.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with full benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and needs.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide high-quality care through various evidence-based treatment methods.
- Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
- Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
