Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Physical Therapist to join their ever-growing rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower our clients to achieve their optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customized evidence-based care to patients in order to quickly achieve the outcomes they are looking for.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient an hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
