Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to join a team that values patient-centered care? Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic group of healthcare professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients’ lives while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

Work Hours: M to F 9-5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients a day

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess functional abilities and design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care, and injury prevention strategies.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in line with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current New York Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
