Looking For Full Time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist in Ilion, NY near Yorkville, NY who will serve as a trusted ally in the journey of restoring mobility and helping patients achieve their optimal performance. Your role will encompass enhancing the quality of life and movement capabilities across various areas, including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Join our team as a full-time physical therapist striving to deliver exceptional care and prioritize the well-being of our patients.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 2-3 weeks PTO time, $1,500 for CME annual allowance an bonuses.

Work Schedule:

M to F 9-5 pm

Patient Volume: 8-12 patients a day

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Responsibilities:

• Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
• Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
• Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Requirements

• Current New York Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
