Career Opportunity: Physical Therapist Position in Syracuse, New York.

We are recruiting a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to enhance our orthopedic outpatient practice based in Syracuse, New York. This role is pivotal in helping patients restore their motion and maintain their optimal functionality. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each patient's needs. Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify patient goals and requirements.
• Provide individualized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility and functional capacity.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.
• Reduce reliance on medications through effective physical therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement wellness-oriented programs based on patient needs.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Record and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and motivate them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and evidence-based practices.
