We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient office in Yorkville, New York, where you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them restore movement and optimize their functional abilities in a state-of-the-art facility that reflects Gotham Enterprises' commitment to high-quality care.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify patients’ goals and needs to tailor personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour effectively.
• Utilize your orthopedic outpatient experience to deliver cost-effective treatments that enhance motion and mobility.
• Develop and implement various therapeutic techniques and wellness programs.
• Document patient care services and track progress throughout treatment.
• Motivate and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
• No prior board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is required.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and exercise techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
