Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients on their journey to restore mobility and achieve optimal physical performance. You will engage in activities encompassing promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation to enhance patients quality of life and movement capabilities. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility. Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

Work Hours: M to F 9-5 pm

Patient Volume: 8-12 patients a day

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
• Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
• Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.
• Foster a healthy lifestyle for clients by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
• Accurately document the services provided to patients.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in New York
• No board actions or disciplinary measures on the license
• Excellent skills in manual therapy techniques
• Proficiency in developing and implementing exercise programs
• Knowledge and experience with EMR software, including WebPT
• Must possess a valid DEA number and NPI number
