Physical Therapist

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients, providing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to aid in the rehabilitation process
• Educate and train patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and equipment use
• Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and collaborative care

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to travel to different locations, as needed
