We are looking for a Performance Coach
Compensation: $176,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
The Performance Coach will design and lead performance journeys for our global teams and individuals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft coaching experiences, facilitate team sessions to boost leadership and engagement, provide 1:1 coaching, and lead the performance coaching program for employees.
About the role:
- Own and craft performance journeys for both teams and individuals across the global organization
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify the tactical teaming session needs, goals and desired outcomes and then craft the experience with the necessary leaders
- Run team coaching sessions (“teaming”) that help enable leaders and drive Engagement in teams
- Design tactical coaching journeys and sessions that help solve business problems
- Be the lead 1:1 coach to individuals across a broad range of roles and levels
- Build out external executive coaching program for all employees
Requirements
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in specialized performance coaching across high performing teams and individuals
- Experience designing and implementing comprehensive executive coaching programs at scale
- Change Management and Leadership Development: Experienced in navigating organizational change and developing leadership skills.
- Stakeholder management: ability to develop, nurture and monitor a community of best in class coaching partners in all Rokt markets
- Emotional Intelligence and Communication: High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills for active listening, feedback, and conveying coaching concepts.
- Consistently curious: The field of coaching is constantly evolving, so a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning is essential for staying current with best practices and emerging trends.
