POSITION OVERVIEW
The part-time Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day office operations. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys taking on a wide range of administrative responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will be a key player in ensuring the office environment is efficient, organized, and supports our team's productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communications - Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries and issues and support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, town hall meetings, website..). Outstanding writing and communication skills. Highly proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations
  • HR - Support on-boarding process and employee electronics setup
  • Vendor selection and management - ensure the timely, efficient and highest-value purchase of materials, supplies and services
  • Facilities Management - Ensure office environment is clean and organized and assist with technology setup for meetings
  • CSR - Pilot the CSR initiatives and engage with CSR partners
  • Event Support - Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and organization-wide events
  • Handle mail, packages, and other office correspondence
  • Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Oversee general office operations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively and prioritize in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Experience in a tech environment is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
