Hayfin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Partner Solutions Team as a dedicated CRM Associate. Hayfin’s global Partner Solutions team is comprised of Coverage professionals across the Americas, Europe and APAC, with further support of their Investor Relations and Client Operations colleagues (30+ in total). In this role, you will be a member of the Client Operations group, responsible for supporting the institutional fundraising activities through analytics and CRM support. An ideal CRM Associate brings their understanding of CRM processes and technology to help support and expand our internal reporting processes centering around fundraise progress, investor and account data, and investor communications.
A successful candidate will conduct themselves with a high degree of professionalism and will have demonstrated an ability to help analyze data and recognize trends, providing critical intelligence necessary to inform firmwide fund raising strategy. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, familiarity with alternative investment strategies, attention to detail, and a rigorous work ethic are prerequisites.
- Oversee and maintain Hayfin's CRM platform, which includes adding/editing organizations, contacts, fundraising processes, and co-investment tracking
- Provide day to day management of the investor database including intake, creation, and execution of dashboards, views, data imports and clean-up
- Support the CRM operational processes ensuring quality data, functionality, synchronizations, and third-party integrations
- Assist with creation and analysis of KPI dashboards, internal/external reporting, and provide key insights to optimize the decision making for coverage professionals
- Lead the development and implementation of CRM-related processes, workflows and procedures
- Collaborate with senior PSG team members to develop and implement new CRM initiatives based on their feedback
- Become the subject matter expert by enhancing our CRM processes, memorializing procedures for team-wide reference, training and supporting users on the platform
Requirements
- Experience in project management at a fund administrator or placement agent strongly preferred
- At least 3-5 years’ of experience with CRM systems, DealCloud preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM principles and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
