Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Corporate practice, providing strategic direction and fostering growth.
• Bring a substantial book of business and a group of Associates to contribute to the firm's revenue goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Mentor and guide Associates, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active Bar membership.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Partner with a substantial and portable book of business.
• Established group of talented Associates.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
