We are hiring a Painting Crew Foreman to join our team!
As a fourth-generation family-owned business, we understand what it means to do the job right. Our starting hourly pay is between $26 and $30, depending on experience!
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading residential painting and small construction projects
- Completing work orders in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and vehicle
- Upholding company standards regarding cleanliness, uniform, and organization
- Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as a professional painter including interior and exterior experience
- 2+ years of experience running jobs and managing a crew
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
- Comfortable with a pre-employment Background check
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
