About The Role:

Resonance is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our rapidly growing Brand & Marketing team. This position is for a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter who wants to be a part of a world-changing startup in the fashion industry. You’ll responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Google and more. You will work closely with our brands to understand their goals and objectives, develop creative ad strategies, and ensure successful campaign delivery.

Location: New York City (4 days in-person, occasional travel required).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
  • Create and test compelling ad creatives and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns to clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and search advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong interest in AI and new technology to make this work faster and more efficient.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
