We are currently seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to oversee our Order Processing department.
This position is full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
This is a key leadership role and one that contributes greatly to the success of JK Findings and our customers.
This position is primarily responsible for:
- Employee training, coaching, development, engagement and performance.
- Timely and accurate picking, invoicing and shipping of orders.
- Resolving issues with orders as they come up.
- Effectively communicating with management, customer service, accounting and others as needed.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good Math skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
