An exciting opportunity awaits a meticulous, self-driven Order Processing Associate with strong organizational skills, eager to join the E-Comm team. Requirements

  • Process and coordinate the fulfillment of both online and offline retail customer orders
  • Perform data entry for all customer purchase orders in data entry system
  • Generate invoices and billing for customer orders
  • Working in conjunction with warehousing team on monitoring inventory levels
  • Coordinate order shipping and tracking
  • Effectively communicate with customers, truckers, and warehouse team members
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
  • Monitor product performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews

Qualifications:

  • Must have working experience with order processing and routing system for either online or offline retailers
  • Comfortable with alpha-numeric part numbers and accurately entering them into the system
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with pivot tables and v-lookup
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese, a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder.

This is an onsite, 5 working days position.

Benefits

Full-time position with salary of $20/hr - $25/hr depending on qualifications. Paid vacation and 401K Plan.
