Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Specialist to assist with ongoing support, integrations, testing, and future module implementations following our recent implementation encompassing Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional support skills and serves as the Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions within the Oracle HCM framework.
• Design and implement integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, and customizations using Oracle HCM tools.
• Address system issues, enhance system performance, and support the testing of patches/upgrades.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, engaging Oracle Support as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent and reliable system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, Visual Builder Studio).
• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Strong familiarity with OIC Integrations and cloud computing concepts including SaaS and PaaS.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HCM Cloud Security.
• Hands-on experience building HCM Cloud integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle VBS and experience with Redwood UI.
• Functional expertise in Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and Absence Management.
