Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Banquet Beverage Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all beverage-related aspects for our banquet events. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise beverage service during banquet events for all bar stations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
Train, schedule, and lead banquet beverage staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain high quality standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Salary - $60,000, plus bonus (salary commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule - Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, Day, Evening, Night 8 to12 hour shifts

Requirements
Valid TIPs Certification (required)
2 year of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth knowledge of the latest beverage trends, cutting-edge products, and industry-leading service standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excel in a dynamic and high-energy work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities a must.
