Job Title: Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMHC)

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinicians to join our dynamic team. Our clinic offers a supportive and collaborative environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for both in-office and remote work.

Work Environment Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday; weekends available but not mandatory.
• Hybrid Work: Option to work both in our office/satellite locations and remotely.
• Varied Session Lengths: Sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, with family and group sessions optional. Intake sessions are 60 minutes.
• Diverse Clientele: Work with clients across the lifespan with a wide range of needs.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside clinicians, prescribers, care managers, nurses, peers, and administrative support.
• EHR System: Utilize EHR Netsmart MyEvolve for efficient electronic health records management.
• Administrative Support: Full administrative team available during weekday hours, including billing and scheduling support.
• IT Equipment: All necessary IT equipment provided for both office and home use.
• Productivity Training: Collaborative documentation training provided to save time and increase productivity.
• Professional Development: Continued Education Units (CEUs) provided for Social Workers and Mental Health/Family and Marriage Counselors.
• Coverage and Benefits:
• Malpractice coverage.
• W2 employment with bi-weekly pay.
