Men's Designer

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a talented Men's Designer to join our team.\. As a Men's Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and trend-setting designs for our men's collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop men's styles that align with the brand aesthetics
• Research and stay updated on current market trends, including fabrics, yarns, and techniques
• Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and spec sheets for production
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes
• Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requirements

• Fabric Knowledge is key
• Experience in PLM, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Someone who is able to design for the value market as well as department stores and boutiques
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in men's design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
